1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sviluppiamo.dev ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all registered users and visitors.

2. Description of Service

sviluppiamo.dev is an AI Vibe Coding platform allowing users to generate, modify, and deploy web applications using natural language instructions powered by specialized AI agents. The Service includes AI code synthesis, in-browser live execution preview, automated one-click deployments, and collaboration features.

3. Account & Registration

To access core features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities and operations conducted through your account
• Providing accurate, current, and verifiable profile information
• Promptly notifying our security team of any unauthorized account access

4. Plans, Credits & Billing

The Service provides free tier access (subject to usage rate limits) alongside premium subscription plans.

• Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR), exclusive of VAT unless explicitly stated
• Transactions are securely processed by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS level 1 standards
• Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
• Unconsumed monthly credits do not roll over to subsequent billing intervals
• The Free plan includes 25 credits/month (up to 15 per calendar day)
• Refunds are not granted for partially used credit allowances

5. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

All source code and assets generated through the Service belong exclusively to the user who requested and generated them. You retain 100% intellectual property and commercial exploitation rights over your creations. The sviluppiamo.dev platform, logo, trademarks, and design system are proprietary and protected by copyright law.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringing software
• Engage in phishing, spamming, credential harvesting, or financial scams
• Attempt to bypass platform access controls, sandboxes, or rate limits
• Synthesize malware, ransomware, exploits, or malicious payloads
• Violate Italian, European Union, or applicable international laws
• Intentionally overload or degrade infrastructure availability (DDoS)

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. sviluppiamo.dev is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business revenue, or data loss. Maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 3 months.

8. Account Termination & Deletion

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in material breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings or by contacting supporto@sviluppiamo.dev. Project repositories and associated user records will be permanently purged within 30 days of deletion.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms by providing at least 14 days advance notice via email or prominent in-platform announcement. Continued use of the Service following the notice period constitutes binding acceptance of revised terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory statutory consumer protection laws.
